How to Create the Excel Result Sheet in Google Sheet

Note : Before you learn from this Chapter go first through the Chapter 1 which makes you learn how to prepare the Questions/Answers on Google Form.The Chapter 1 is already uploaded in this blog with the title 'Google Docs Forms.'

Q.How to prepare the marks sheet in Google Forms Responses in Google Sheets?
Ans As we know that by opening Google Forms for preparation the Questions/ Answers we get two options in the Menu Bar a.Question b.Responses
We set the Questions in Google Forms and the students give the Exams on line.Their answers are gathered in your set Questions/Answers in your Responses section.
As you have already set the answers so their answers are already checked automatically and remained in section Responses. Now this is a time to follow some steps to prepare their results.
So it is time to do with Responses section in Google From which we get the checked and evaluated results.
It can be done only after the taken Exams and answers are collected in Responses then the method starts for making a Google Excel Sheet of the obtained marks of students with all necessary information which you require.
Now we suggest you these steps in your theory and to be done in your practical form in your Laptop or Desktop.
Suggestion Apply it on Laptop or Desk Top there it will properly.
If you have the Mobile Phone open your Mobile in Desk Top Version.

Sub Chapter 1.How to download the Excel file.
Step.1.Open your Email on Desk Top or Lap Top in Google Chrome.
Step.2.Touch the made 9 Dots Square just near to email circular icon at left top side in your email.You will get all applications of Googles there
as YouTube,Play,News,Gmail,Blogs,Docs etc by clicking this.
Find triangular green,yellow,blue color band made icon Drive. And click the found Drive Icon which is enabled with each email with 15 GB cloud space.
Step.3.Choose the Test file which you give it your students.
Step.4.Right click on the choosen Google Form
Step.5.Responses click
Shown a.Summary.b.Questions.c.Individuals.
Step.6.At the top right in the responses box we get a  Green Box with Plus marks if we put the mouse over that mark we get View response in sheet.Click that one.An Excel file opens.
Step.7.At left hand side just near the Assessment Responses we get File option.Click that file option.A box opens with different options.
Step.8.In that an opened sub box choose Download.Click that one.The box opens.
Step.9.Again in an opened box select Microsoft Excel File.
Step.10.Resultedly at the left bottom Excel File will be shown being downloaded.
Step.11.Now it is ready to use.
In Mobile option.Go to Google Drive.Open that file.Go for opting Responses.
Step.8.We get a  Green Box with Plus mark. Just Beside we get three dots.Touch that one.
Step.9 We get many options as a.Select response destination. b. Unlink form c.Download responses.d.Print all responses.e.Delete all responses.
Step.10 Press the Download responses.Below at the bottom we get the download option in Zip option.Press Download.By pressing download it shows downloading.And it will be downloaded.
In Mobile Download option It gets downloaded in the Zipped box.Unzip it.Now the file is ready to be shared and edited.


Sub Chapter 2.How to prepare.
Step.12.We come to File section for the Downloading the excel file.By clicking that one we get the option Download.In Download we have the option of Microsoft Excel option. Do it get downloaded.Within a second it will be shown downloading.
Copy the Separate Data of Section A,B,C,D..and paste it in another new blank sheet. This is ready to share this to others. 
Step 13. Have an original copy.Start doing work on another one copy for the next action.Apply the shorting system by using A to Z column in Filter section at right top in the opened Excel file.By choosing the Sections column you need the  shorted part  which you require. Delete the unnecessary section which you don't need.Select the required sectional part and paste in a new excel file.
Step.14.The computer will now short by using A to Z column in Filter section  as per your next choice in ascending Admission order.The data will be as per your choice the section.A box will be opened.You will be asked short this as per this column or expanding for all.Select for all.Data will be shorted properly.
Step.15.Start working offline.Take an Excel sheet.Write the Name,Admission No.Fill the Marks.Apply the formula and the Result Sheet ready to be sent to exams cell.


How to print.
Step.16.By clicking individual we can get the Print option just near the Delete box.We can print the individual marks.
Step.17.By clicking arrow just below near the Summary we can get another then another one.

How to Share
Step.18.At the right top hand side we get the  Green Box with Plus mark.Click that is it.The Excel file will be opened. 
Step.19.We get the a green colored box written Share.
If we click the green colored Share box we get two options.
a.Share with people and groups.Write there email to whom you want to send.And then press below right handed sided Done.Click.
b.Get link.By copying link we authorize the persons to edit it.
So by these processes we can give the file to be edited by the persons.
Step.20.By clicking Share option we get the Get Link.It can be shred in whats app and snap homework to give the rights to edit the files.
By following these steps you can check their answers sheets very easily checked by computer and make an excel sheet of their marks sheets.
