Suggested Projects: 
(a) Draw a family tree and write the name of members in it. 
(b) Find all the similarities in your family members and make a chart.
(c)Organize special lunch party where each child brings some special dish of his State / Community / Family.  
(d) Draw or paste different types of dresses worn in different states of our country 
(e) Paste the pictures of early man.  Write about their life style, food habit, and hunting animals etc.  (f) Respect for self and others is important.  Give four reasons in support of the Comment.  Activities: 
(a) List the methods by which you can avoid wastage of food, water, and paper at home.  (b) Plan a menu for your family keeping in mind the needs of children as well as the Grown up people.  
(C) Draw five tools used by the early man for hunting, fishing or digging or draw the picture of stone tools used by the early man.  
(d) List name of three profession / occupation related to our civic amenities

Mid - Term Test / Half Yearly (September)

Full Marks: 80 
Weightage of Marks: (30 + 50) 30 Marks from PMT +50 Marks from MT Syllabus

Suggested Projects: 
(a) Why are some children awarded by the President on Republic Day?  Write 5 sentences about any one child who has received the award this year.  
(b) Paste the pictures of different means of entertainment and write about your favorite and its benefits.  
(c) Draw or paste pictures of different types of houses and write few lines about them.  
(d) List the things that are used to keep your home clean and beautiful.  
(e) Write few lines on your favorite hobby that you like to do in your leisure time.  Assignment Project: Write the importance of three R's of garbage disposal and suggest your own ideas to reduce waste materials.
